Abrasive Recycling Systems REC2 Serie

in stock

The NORBLAST® REC2 system ensures efficient suction and separation of recyclable abrasives. It consists of a pneumatic suction head mounted directly on the dust collector, which is itself connected to a separator installed on the storage silo for recycled abrasives. This setup is designed to be integrated with a standard 200-liter blast pot, model NOB200CE-3S. The system operates entirely with compressed air, requiring no electrical connection.

How does it work?

Dust and fine particles are removed from the reusable abrasive using a fully adjustable pulsed air jet system. This setting allows the separation process to be adapted to the type and size of the abrasive. Larger debris is retained by a sieve installed at the base of the silo. The cleaned abrasive, free of dust and impurities, is then stored in the silo and is ready to be automatically reloaded into the blast pot as soon as it is depressurized.
