SOFT® Micro-Abrasive Blaster – 60L & 100L
The NORBLAST® 60 SOFT® and 100 SOFT® models offer extended autonomy and exceptional output, making them ideal for medium to large-scale operations. Designed to preserve the precision and ergonomics for which the SOFT® range is known, both machines are equipped with a pilot-controlled metering valve that optimizes abrasive consumption.
Benefits of pilot-controlled valves
Using a pilot-operated metering valve allows the abrasive flow to stop instantly when the handle is released. In contrast, a standard metering valve lets abrasive fall by gravity, causing build-up at the outlet. This results in material loss and a delay in re-establishing a consistent flow each time blasting restarts.
Minimum compressor requirements
A compressor delivering at least 3000 l/min is essential. Inadequate air flow can prevent the valve from resealing properly, causing leakage and inconsistent performance
