NORBLAST® Breathable Air Filter

The NORBLAST® air filter purifies the compressed air for protective helmets, removing oil, odours and microparticles. Compact and rugged, it mounts directly on our blasters to supply filtered air. Its design makes installation easier with a small footprint.

Three mounting configurations are possible depending on the type of remote control:

NOB4300

Complete in-line filter with cartridge, seals, low drain valve, outlet valve and quick coupling for NOB2080 and NOB2030 remote controls. To order separately for NOB2080: NOB4305 adapter kit.

NOB4315

Complete NOB4300 filter with adapter kit for NOB5000 remote control.

NOB4320/2

Complete NOB4300 filter with adapter kit for SOFTGOM® 18 – 35.

Multi-stage filtration process

Air from the compressor enters at the top of the cartridge and begins the filtration process downwards. The filtered air exits through the side outlet to connect to the blasting helmet.

Activated alumina: absorbs moisture and oil vapours
Activated carbon: neutralises odours
Breathing felt: captures residual particles

Safety recommendation

To maintain optimal efficiency, the cartridge must be checked regularly depending on use.

It must be replaced every 3 months or every 300 hours of use. If contamination or bad odours appear before either of these deadlines, replace the cartridge.

Warning!

The NOB4300 filter does not remove carbon monoxide (CO) or toxic vapours. Therefore, the compressed air delivered by the compressor must be free of them.
