Patented technical innovations
The very first range of permanent-pressure soft-blasters
A NOREXCO® exclusive
Conventional soft-blasters with depressurisation
New-generation SOFGOM® soft-blasters
Condensation
Tank depressurised each time the handle is released → condensation forms, clogging
Under permanent pressure even when the handle is released → no condensation, dry abrasive
Permanently pressurised tank with a piloted metering unit
Some competitors use a piloted metering unit that closes automatically when the handle is released. → This system requires a pilot pressure with no pressure drop (6–7 bar): below that, the setting drifts and metering becomes unstable, or even impossible
No piloted metering unit → No malfunction caused by too low a pilot pressure. Stable, regular, continuous metering, even if the pressure drops
Abrasive consumption (manual metering unit)
With a manual metering unit, the abrasive keeps flowing after the handle is released. On restart, the projection is saturated before stabilising, causing significant abrasive waste
Abrasive savings thanks to a clean, instant stop of the flow
Technology
Conventional system, unchanged for years. Irregular restarts, unstable flow
New generation, unique on the market. Patented cut-off → perfectly regular, laminar flow for over 40 min at 4.5 bar
