AIRPLUS® Air Cooler
AIRPLUS® air coolers provide effective cooling of the compressed air at the compressor outlet. A built-in heat exchanger and motor-fan quickly lower the air temperature, which can reach up to 70 °C after pressurisation. This cooling below the dew point causes water vapour to condense into fine droplets, automatically drained by the built-in separator.

Use
The air cooler is ideally installed close to the pneumatic tool, at the end of the line, and away from the compressor.
How does it work?
The air cooler allows water vapour to condense, followed by its effective extraction thanks to a built-in cyclonic separator. By generating a swirling flow, the separator throws the condensed water vapour against its walls, from where it is then drained via the purge. This process improves working conditions.
